Financial Policy

Thank you for selecting the South Jersey Center for your orthopedic care. Please note the following:

• We accept Cash, Check, or Visa/MasterCard
• We offer extended payment arrangements

Insurance

All co-pays and referrals are due at the time of your appointment.South Jersey Center is unable to bill your insurance company unless you provide your personal insurance policy information. A claim will then be submitted from our office. If your insurance company has not paid your claim within 60 days, you will be automatically billed. The unpaid claim then becomes your responsibility, and any grievances should be directed to your insurance company immediately. As a reminder, your insurance contract is a private agreement between you and your company. South Jersey Center is not involved in that contract.

Auto Insurance

As a courtesy, South Jersey Center will submit claims for auto insurance provided we have the name and address of your insurance carrier as well as the claim number. If this information is not provided, all fees for services provided during the office visit are expected to be paid in full at the time of your appointment. If this cannot be arranged, please reschedule your appointment when the appropriate information is available.

Missed appointments

There will be a charge of $40 if there are 2 consecutive missed appointments. This payment is required in full prior to your next office visit. Please help us to avoid this fee by keeping your scheduled visit. If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, please call to reschedule.
